Email functionality in FPCOPARA

Hi Team,

I am having the requirement to send the dunning notices to mail.

To achieve this, I have created the correspondence variant and Dispatch Control as mail.

When I am executing the FPCOPARA, application log is showing as successfully printed. But, system is not generating any mail requests when I am checking through T.Code: SOST.

Please advise, do I need any other settings in the configuration?

Hi Aswin

The correspondence variant and dispatch control needs to be maintained at Contract account level as well. Then on executing FPCOPARA mail should be sent to the mail id.
