RISK AND OPPORTUNITY MANAGEMENT COMMUNICATION ERROR

Hi all,

I'm trying to perform an analysis for a risk in NWBC - RISK ASSESSMENT - RISK AND OPPORTUNITY MANAGEMENT but when i enter in the tab "Analysis" and click on "create analysys" in the system appear this message of error :

I Checked the customizing "maintain analysis profile" but it's correctly setted.

Anyone could tell me if exist a sap note i have to apply to solve this problem?
