Error message EL445

Hi All,

Please help to resolve the following problem:

I am getting following error message while creating Meter reading order using EL01

"On-site billing order creation already exists for installation 356561 on
20.11.2012

    Message no. EL445"

I am not using EL35 only maintaining OSB group in contract level to facilitate a customised program. I think ON-site locks work only when we use the standard T.code EL35 for downloading.

Hello Piyali,

It seems a billing order is already created for this installation on date 20.11.2012.

You can directly do the billing at this stage.

if you don't want this billing order you can can cel it, try using transaction EL37.

Give the installation number, select the date/Order , execute and you can reverse it.

Again you can create a new billing order as per your requirement via EL01.

I have already checked there is no open meter reading order / billing order against this installation with sch MRD 20.11.2012.
