Hi All,

I would like to know what are the types of certificate(s) used for QM module in SAP.

How to view the certificate(s) if there is any?

How to take a printout of the certificate.

> SAP provides the functionality for Incoming certificate and outgoing certificate.

How to view the certificate(s) if there is any?

> You can display the sample of outgoing certificate.

   SE71 > possible entry of form field > drill down to certificate > preview

> When you implement this functionality, you need an ABAPer to develop your form of certificate.

How to take a printout of the certificate.

> QC53 : display incoming certificate

> QC20 : outgoing certificate for delivery

   QC21 : outgoing certificate for insp. lot

   QC22 : outgoing certificate for batch

hi,

you can use the certificate type to control a number of functions that have been defined in Customizing. The certificate type is specified in the QM data of the material for this purpose.

view the certificate : QC53

printout of the certificate : go to QA32 -> you have a option of printout Inspection report.
