Hi Kumar,
Here is the use case for your understanding.
If you want to process all files that have the extension '.txt', but want to exclude all files that begin with the letter 'a' from folder abc.
To do this, enter *.txt for File Name, and a* for Exclusion Mask.
For example in addition to the above requirement if you want to process all files that have the extension '.pdf', but want to exclude all files that begin with the letter 'a' from folder cdf
To do this, Check the option Advanced Selection for Source File and give as below
cdf for directory *.pdf for File Name, a* for Exclusion Mask

Dear gurus,
Thanks for your quick replay here I am having a doubt
1) If I want to exclude two files how to differentiate that file names?(like ',' or '.')
2) I am having two different source directory's here I need to exclude 'pdf' files from both directory's then how?

Hi,
The first Exclusion Mask is for main source directory/File Name, but however you still have to select "Advanced Selection for Source File" to have exclusion mask feature.
The second tabular one is for individual directories and file name masks.
