Hi,

first: you seem to have installed the wrong software (11.2.0.1 instead of 11.2.0.3)

FS-10652: DBSERVERx has Oracle Database version 11.2.0.1 installed in PRD11203

second: Name resolution for IP4 seems to be limited.

DBSERVER1 maps to 192.168.10.4, 198.18.204.196, 198.18.66.148 on DBSERVER1

DBSERVER1 maps to 2002:c612:4294::c612:4294, 2002:c612:ccc4::c612:ccc4, 198.18.204.196 on DBSERVER2

and

DBSERVER2 maps to 2002:c612:ccc5::c612:ccc5, 2002:c612:4295::c612:4295, 198.18.204.197 on DBSERVER1

DBSERVER2 maps to 192.168.10.5, 198.18.204.197, 198.18.66.149 on DBSERVER2

Only one IP4 adress is resolved on the other node. The others seem to stick to IP6?

ping and nslookup need to resolve names and IP Adresses (PTR) correctly on each node.

Hope this helps

Volker
