Hi Juan,
Please check whether the same issue is faced when the admin user logs in . Try to login with j2ee_admin and check whether the display is as desired.
If yes, then certainly the issue is because of the authorization.
Try to patch your sapgui with latest patch available. I faced the same issue when I try to open NWBC it was completely blank. After me , upgrading the sapgui with the latest patch, then everything went well.
Please check and provide your feedback.
Thanks and Regards,
Vimal

I installed patch 8 for NWBC 3.5 and patch 2 for SAPGUI 7.3
user Administrator has the same problem
j2ee_admin user doesn't exist
And I still have the same problem (the screen is empty and when I reconnect I receive the message "no content available"), which could be the missing authorization ?
Hi,
Please check whether you have configured NWBC as per the below link.
http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/EP/Configuration+of+NWBC+for+SRM+6.0
Secondly, check whether you are able to access the portal using Internet explorer.
Thirdly, try to maintain an entry of the hostname of the server in the host file under windows/system/etc/drivers/hosts.
Thanks and Regards,
Vimal
