transfer order -ve quantities

Hi,

I have few queries in transfer order -ve quantities.

I have a storage type xx and allow negative stock is checked. If the quantity is 10 in that if i create a TO of quantity 15 from xx source storage type then that means it will create and confirm TO with difference quantity as -5?

Other case is i have a delivery quantity as 1 and when created a transfer order 2 T0 s got created , 1 with 0 quantity( difference -1), 2nd with 1 quantity. Can any one explain what might be the reason for this?

i have few query before providing any suggestion

1) Are you using Standard SAP T-Code(LT03) or custom T-Code to create TO ?

2) In the scenario TO aginst delivery is the source storage type is same in both the Transfer order ?

Hi Manish,

1) Yes standard T code lt03 but we have written z code to create HU in TO creation

2) No, Source storage type is different in both cases.

In that case i suggest you to check the z code which u designed / develop to create HU in TO creation.
