Unable to view the Document original using display document option

HI Folks,

When i try to open a document original, i get an error message station "   File c:\temp\filename.extn cannot be created" Message no 26172.

Few documents i am able to open  but it few i am not ??

Is it an authorization constraint ?

Hi Shashi,

This is a known issue and one of the reasons may be due to corruption of the file "SAPHTTP.EXE " in SAP GUI.Based on your error details message 26172, would suggest you look up the following wiki links:
