Hi,
I have recently joined Project Support and need to work a lot on Resolution of Process Chain Abends (mostly in DP area). Can someone help me with some of the typical process chain errors in the system? And the ways of resolving them?
Also, can you pls help me with some of the most commonly used Process Chain transactions?
Regards,
Kunal

Most common issue you can face in Process chain will be Planning book/Area locked by user while process chain is running which will lead to failuer of process chain. In that case go to RSPCM and see the failed steps, double click it and see which user locked the data. Ask user to backout from the planning book and then re-run the failed step again.
Cheers!!!
