SAP PI 7.31 AEX message remains in scheduled status

Hi Friends,

We are on single stack SAP PI 7.31.

The strange issue we are facing in monitoring tool.

Issue : There are around 30 messages , which remains in Delivering - Scheduled status(since 14-Jan-13) and those messages sent to receiver every day one time - message dulication. However those messages were already got processed by receiver on same day.

                      Normally this issue comes if there are any connectivity issue with receiver and message goes in to Delivering status.

Action take: Even restarting SAP PI server or blacklisting does not help here.

Scenario: Till date these messages account for IDOC to CIDX scenarios. We also have successful flow for other IDOC to CIDX messages, the issue remains for these 30 messages and this count can increase if any failure in connectivity to receiver system.

Any suggestion on this will be appreciated.

P. S. Note: Cancel / Resend is not possible/ working as the message status is DLVG(Delivering).

Hi Divyesh,

I am having the same problem. Happened after sending 16000 idocs (packaged) and having acknowledgements set by mistake. Only a hand full were processed and after that all inbound idocs gets status 'Delivering' and stays there.

Did you find any solution?
