Central Auto-Reaction assignment via RZ21 not reflecting in RZ20 Monitor

Hello Experts,

We have created new monitor in RZ20 for selective systems which are High Priority systems.

Now we want to assign central auto-reactions for some MTEs.

Went to RZ21 -> Technical Infrastructure -> Configure Central System -> Assign Central Auto-reactions

Created new central auto-reaction in this screen only. (Execution method as "Only in central system")

Selected system, MTE and autoreaction and assigned. Its reflecting in Bottom half of same screen.

But when checked in RZ20, its not showing any autoreaction assigned.

Please note that all CCMS agents for satellite systems are working fine. Checked in RZ21 as well as in RZ20 under CCMS selfmonitoring.

Job SAP_CCMS_CENSYS_DISPATCHER is working fine.

So what can be reason here?

Also I noted one more thing that some MTEs were not reflecting in RZ21 -> Technical Infrastructure -> Configure Central System -> Assign Central Auto-reactions.

So as per link http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70ehp2/helpdata/en/ac/825f18c02e454dac8da51f4eb22265/frameset.htm, we can get MTEs for respective system by selecting system and then MTE Classes -> Get from System

By doing this, we can see new MTEs added. but if I leave transaction & again come to this assignment screen (RZ21 -> Technical Infrastructure -> Configure Central System -> Assign Central Auto-reactions) all newly added MTEs from satellite system get vanished.

This thing is not happening in other CEN (For testing purpose - sandbox), there if I add MTEs from satellite system as mentioned above, they will not get vanish and central auto reaction assignment is also working fine in that system.

Hence please help here.

Hello Abhay,

To get the central autoreaction working, the connection test to the sapccm4x agent have to work, and the agent must be reported as 100% available in the selfmonitoring in

RZ20   > SAP CCMS Technical Expert Monitors
            > Selfmonitoring CCMS Agents

Central auto-reaction methods can be created by using the transaction
function "RZ21>Technical Infrastructure>Configure Central System>Assign Central Auto-reactions"

Central auto-reaction method can only be used for monitoring nodes which are managed by a SAPCCM4X or SAPCCMSR agent. The central auto-reaction methods cannot be used for monitor nodes which are located on the central monitor system.

Please have a look at in SAP notes:
