HI,
As over all budget has been maintained and while you are changing the delivery date gives the budget exceeds error message.
Case :
Thanks
Yogendra
Hi Shailesh,
System behaviour is correct. Since delivery date is changed from 2012 to 2013, it is looking for budget in year 2013. It seems you are using annual budget. Make sure budget is available in 2013. You can also consider carry forwarding commitments and balance budget from 2012 to 2013 using CJCF and CJCO.

Dear shrikant ,
First of all ,thanks a lot for prompt reply ,
Actually we are follow Overall Basis budget planning that means fiscal year specific budget assignment is not there .
Is there any dimension on overall basis budget planning ?
Also in this case is it required to carry forward available budget and commitment cost.
Please suggest.
Regards
shailesh
Hello,
No, if your budget availability is overall you don't need cerryforward it. But if you are changing the delivery date of the po the availability budget is checked again and it is possible you don't have budget... You need to review your commitments and your tolerances
Imagine this situation : you can enter PR with tolerance 110% and PO with tolerance 100%
you have a budget 1000
You create a PO : 500 €
Then you create a PR : 550€, it is possible because the budget consumed <110
Now you change the PO date and a new commitment is generated next year, when the system try to do this it is not possible because the budget onsumed would be >100%
it is an idea.. But it can be your problem
Regards
Hello,
The controlling document generated is using 'delivery date', if you have a delivery date in 2012 and change to 2013 the system is going to check the budget again.
Then now I am not sure if you need do your carryforward, for me this was only needed when the budget availability control was yearly... but really I am not sure.
You can check carryforward commitment and then change the delivery date....
Ciao!
