Inspection lots results recording

Hello experts,

I have an issue where I am not able to view inspection lots in QE51N for a specific plant. I am able to create an inspection lot during the goods receipt and access it in QE51N for plant 1. I have extended this material to plant 2 and I believe I have created all the required master data for plant 2 the same as plant 1. I completed the goods receipt in plant 2 for the material, created the inspection lot but I am not able to access it in QE51N. I have tired all the different selection parameters in QE51N but no luck.

Can anyone help with this or have seen this before?

A Insp Lot can be seen in QE51n when Result recording is allowed and pending.

In your case either

1. RR is not allowed( means you have not clicked on "Check Char" in QM view >>Inspection type.

or

2.Allowed but all mic's already inspected & inspetcion lot has status ICCO.

or

3.Inspection lot has status CRTD

or

Inspection lot has status UD.

I was able to solve my issue. I found that in plant 2 the work center and master inspection charac had not been set up therefore the inspection plan had no characteristics for the results recording. Once I corrected that I was able to see the inspection lot in plant 2 in QE51N.
