Experts,

I do not see the severity of an alert in my alert email. for e.g low, medium etc.. Even though I have selected the severity of the alert in my alert rule. Any clue how to fix this?

How to add a custom field in the email text?

Hi,

There should not be any severity description in body of e-mail. It is correct, why you are tensed ..?

Then what is the purpose of "Severity" selection in the alert rule? It is useless if it is not shown in the email alert...

Hey, nothing is useless in SAP.

In mail body we get information related to message and interface, not to alert configuration .

What end user will do to get information regarding alert configuration .

Error information is sufficient to informed to end user .
