GRC ACR MSMP No Details on the Approver Screen

Good Day Everyone,

I have a newly installed GRC AC 10 system with patch 10 installed.

I have created a MSMP for Access Requests and I'm able to create the request, submit it for approval, approve it at teh approver stage and have it auto provision to the back-end system.

The issue is that there is only header information available on the approver screen (Manager Approval Stage).

I haven't created any end user personalisation screens. Here is an image of the screen.

Would appreciate any assistance to determine what the cause may be.

Hi Michael

I couldn't open the JPG File.

Please check first the stage details of the manager. The approval level should be there as "Request" and not "Line item". If you can post the jpg again, please do it, it's easier to help you 🙂

The issue has been resolved as per SAP Note 1805019
