Unable to forward workitem back to user

Hi,

As Firefighter log review controller, I am unable to forward the workitem back to user (firefighter), I have only other controllers available. 

any idea why?

Sorry, I don't know all that much about the Firefighter integration, so let me ask a couple of questions.

1. I assume you're trying to do this in IDM?

2. Does the user appear in IDM?

3. Have you done an initial load to bring the GRC related security roles into IDM?
