Roles not found - Managed System Configuration

Hi all,

During managed system configuration in solution manager, step 7 create user, facing the error as below.

I have created user sm_coll_<sid> in create users step, (sid of solution manager)

however couldnt find some roles or groups in the managed system.

Please advise.

Hello Kah Wai,

Please do the solution according to note:

Solution
Implement this automatic corrections attached to this note.
Implementing this note fix the above mentionned errors.
Apply this note by using Solution Manager Setup (solman_setup) > go t
"System Preparation" > go to step "Implement SAP Note".
Run all sub-steps until the Post-Process.

Hi SAPFan,

We have run thru this step in the beginning of the configuration.

In the sub-step - Download, it show - 0001633725 SAP Solution Manager - Basic functions of 7.1 SP4.

We have implemented this note too in sub-step 2. Does it means that, there some missing or error during we implement the above note?
