CACHE ISSUES-channel ID not found error in communication channel

Hi Friends,

i have been getting errors like channel ID not found when ever there is a restart or any downtime,

basically i stopped and started the channel and had done some dummy changes in ID, Later

i came to know that it was an cache issue.

can some one please help me in resolving the issue, Also i would like to know

differences between delta and full cache refresh
