New material assign in QA32/QA11

Hi,

I have to post stock in new material during QA11/QA32. 1000000 is my header material and 2000000 is the new material.

I have grouped new material 2000000 in the master data of 10000000 work scheduling view.

Now at the time of new material assignment either 2000000 get updated automatically or stock should not post in other material. System should throw an error msg.

Please advise..

No way in standard SAP.

You need to implement an enhancement.

Please search 'QA11 user exit' in this forum.

By the way.. why did you talk the material grouping in material master?

It affects a transition matrix only for a resource. (nothing related with other)

I came to know from some one if i grouped new material with header material then new material automatically picked at the time of new material assignment in QA11.

I don't think so.

The purpose of material grouping is totally different with new material (309 movement) of usage decision.

I am expecting to get error while i assign new material instead of 2000000. As i have grouped this material in my header material 1000000 in work scheduling view.

Error should throw if user assign new instead of 2000000.
