Auto release

I was trying to to release a project though Auto Release but got error "customer is intercompany but project is not" how dio i go in solving this?

Hi Pappu,

I am trying to auto-release some jobs. But, they are not showing up in my autorelease screen. I know some reasons that hold projects from popping up in auto-release:

- Project still on credit hold

-Project is not baselined.

-Project status is 04 "Risk project"

Do you know of any other reasons that mightbe the cause?

Hi,

Do you have user status set up in your system. Please check.

Error pointing to that some validations related to customer maintainence on sales order.

The customer number was used on sales order might not be related to intercompany set up and hence giving an error.

Check with your SD team.

yes system status: CRTD

       user Status    : Bsln

should i switch it to Initial?

Hi Ahmed,

Please read the user status implementation logic which might have developed by your PS team before implementing the user status in your system. That document will explain you what is what and how to proceed for each user statuses in the project.

What do you mean by BSLN?  try switch it to Initial.
