What to do?
Dear volker,
I will see this parameter QDBENCWT.
I tried by deleting SQL packages but didnt work. The problem looks solved as what i did, i disabled the Delete SQL Package line by putting # in start profile. uptil now its working fine. I dont know is it correct or not.
Thanks

Hi Imran,
then you should open an OSS ticket, as this means, that DLTOLDPKS is the root cause ... this should not happen ...

Dear volker,
I already had this problem in my DEV server and we opened an OSS. For that we were replied to update R3INLPGM patch 10 which is released shortly. But even after updating the patch, the problem is the same until we disable delete sql package.
I am in contact with sap and can update you when i get proper solution.
Thanks
Imran

Hi Imran,
first of all you should enable the following:
CONCURRENT WRITE IS ENABLED. In the Job-Log ?
=> You upgraded from lower than V5R3 to V5R3 or higher and didnt do the following (the default as of V5R3)
CALL QDBENCWT '1' (becomes active after next IPL ok)
Check status as follows: CALL QDBENCWT
(note 992299 - iSeries: Databas Parameter QDBENCWT)
The I would suggest to delete the SQL packs with DLTR3PKG sid ...
On my site the problem disappeared then - otherwise I would apply the latest PTFs (not the latest kernel for this issue) and if you still run into issues, open an OSS ticket.
