Hi guys,
I need your help
I'm trying to create a new sampling procedure for the following purpose:
Within the creation of an 89 IL, i need to have:
3 PS for the first operation
1 PS (another one) for the second operation.
Unfortunately even if reading the documentation, i cant find a solution to split it by operation
Can you help?
Hi Gaetano .
You can attach two SDP in a single inspection plan but with different group counters .
Create IP with two task list for the same material . But please ensure that either lot size or usage should be different in two task lists .
In the fist task list , use a SDP with PS = fix = 3 .
In the 2nd task list , use another SDP with PS = fix = 1 .

Hi,
You can't attach two drawing procedure in single Inspection plan.
Please clarify your requirement.

Atcually your question & heading of problem are different & confusing.
I hope you are talking about sample in Sampling procedure & not in sample drawing procedure.
If so ,then Next issue is 'sample size' is determined for a char/MIC in operation and not operation wise.
Its very much depends upon the number of MIC's that are used in the Operation.Operation wise sample size is not possible.
But if you have only one MIC in the Operation then assign a sampling procedure to this MIC .
Now if you want sample size of MIC to be say 3 ,then in sampling procedure use,
sampling type: fix sampling
valuation type: say manual valuation.
assign this sampling procedure again MIC @ char level in task list.
