webdynrpo - problems with suggest attribute

I have an input element in my webdynpro whic is conected to a searc-help and the suggest attribute is active.

When a user start to use the element and write the first letter he gets a list of all the cities that start with the lertter he wrote but when he tries to press on the search-help sign the search help wont open only if he will press F4.

Is there va way to solve this problem ?

thanks Kiran but it didnt help me.

My problem is when i use the suggest and the list of options is displayed i cannt press the search help button and get the list of values ( if i press F4 it works ok but my users dont know that the button is doing the same thing as pressing f4 - they arn't sap users )
