Adding stock to the material?

I created a material, it is showing zero stock. How do I add stock to the material?

Hi,

You can use transection code MB1C with movement type 561 to upload the stock.

You need to enter plant,storage location,material code & quantity in this transection.

Hi,

You can use t-code MB1C with movement type 561 to upload the stock.

You need to enter the plant, storage location (SLoc found in MB52), material code (SKU), quantity & Manuf. Date/BBD.

If you do not use a specific Batch nr., the Batch should be generated automatically.

Afterward, you can check in MB52 using the plant nr. & material code (SKU) that the material has been added.

You can process your order now.

Hi Manohar,

You can do an intial entry of goods as mentioned by Manish using movement type 561. You can also create a Purchase order(ME21N) for the material and then perform goods receipt (MIGO) for that PO to recieve the goods. Once u recieve the material u can see the stock in MMBE
