Differing Logon Times

Dear Experts,
I`m currently facing an interesting issue at work at the moment. After a dispute with the system administrator it takes 5 minutes to logon to SAP. Colleagues with similar laptops are able to logon instantly.
I think that my settings were maliciously changed. I would like to escalate the issue but I need evidence of this. Is there any transaction or log that can be accessed to indicate whether these changes were actually made or not?

In table SSM_CUSTCheck the value of
CONDENSE_MENU (should be OFF by default).
