role activation issue while creating roles in repository

Hello,

I’m facing one issue while creating roles in HANA repository. I find the role creation wizard in SAP HANA Development ( SAP HANA Repository is not available in my drop down ).

I created a role and got another issue in activation step. SAP guide provides the following info 

But when I go to the project explorer, the activate button is not there for me. I’m not sure if the documentation is wrong or something is missing from my side.  Any suggestion will be of great help. Thanks in advance.

Hi,

It seems that you are in LifeCycleMgmt perspective,can you switch to SAP HANA Develpment perspective and check

I changed it to HANA development , but getting the same screen.

Is this something related to authorizations or the version itself ?

_SYS_REPO user has all the system privileges assigned to it.

I found the issue. Actually this feature requires one exe file regi.exe in the hdbclient.

That comes along with 64 bit installation. We are using 32 bit and now will have to revise it to 64 bit to use this.
