CV04N reports does not have created/changed date and time

Hi experts,

In CV04N report created/changed date and time details are not available in standard.

Please suggest how to bring in the details.

Hi Pankaj,

I think in CV04N, only the creation date (output date) for a DIR can be shown the change date and the time cannot be able to be displayed on this.

The only thing you can check the creation/changes of date and there time of occurrence is to open a DIR then go to tab STATUS LOG. there you can view the status changes date and its time per DIR. but in report ALV form for CV04N i believe this cannot be achieve you still have to open the DIR.

could you please specify which create/change date you want to see in the CV04N result list?

Have you tried to create your own layout and checked the available fields in the field catalogue?

Hi Chrisoph,

I checked the layout.

There are two fields: 'From date' and 'Output date'

In the status log same date is maintined. I think these are the same date which are captured when a document is created. but the field nomenclature is not correct. Its confusing.

Please suggest.
