This is regarding an issue where in the autoprovisionin fails at the end of the request .
This is only in case of New / Change aqccount.
Error : GRFNMW_DBGMONITOR_WD shows below error:
Auto Provisioning failed; End of PAth reached ,
Post-request activites reported problems-Check logs for details.
Audit Log shows: XXXXXX user does not exist in system XXX-300
System is currently on SP09, and no CUA is involved.
Based on the very liimited information you gave, it sounds like that you have your system configured that you will NOT create a user if the user does not exist and it is a CHANGE request.
The MSMP Monitor will show more detail in the logs, and you can also review SLG1.
Thanks,
Kevin Tucholke

Yes. kevin. System will not create a user if its change access & user does not exist.
I am getting this error specifically when request takes a detour if there is SOD.
A request with No SOD is getting provisioned success fully.
Its 3 stage workflow , where in 2nd stage the request forks based on role owners, 3rd stage (last stge) when approved , i face auto provision error.
However when there is no forking , no SOD autoprovison is successful.
