Hi all,
I've a question about physical samples. My client wants to use physical samples. Based on material, quantity and number of containers the number of samples must be calculated. I created a sampling drawing procedure for this.
When I now start results recording I always have to record results per sample. This is either on primary or on pooled sample. Is it possible to use sample calculation by SAP but do results recording just on the batch/inspection lot level?
Thanks.
Hi Maarteen ,
If you are doing RR by referrring to pooled sample then it means that you ar referring to lot and batch .

Also whenever pooled sample is generated against lot then in RR system will give you pop up to select the sample no . in this case you will get no of pooled samples by default .
I suggest you to change your pooled samples in SDP = 1 , if possible . It means logically you are mixing all your primary samples to get single pooled sample . And do RR against this single Pooled sample .
