PO workflow alert custom text

HI,

I have a reuirement to send an alert to buyer when an SRM PO approved or rejected , with custom body and subject of an alert.

please let me know how can we do this . i have checked the badi BBP_ALERT but do not know how to use this BADI.

General Configuration on Approval Alerts and Notifications

Body and subject text mail for WF notifications are managed in standard by BBP_OUT_EXCEPTION smartforms.

In addition to the link sent by Laurent, you can configure and call you own smartform (context and subject). Please check then note 1265414 which says ho to do that then.
