Hi Sap Gurus,
what actually WBS element means... anyone please provide information on WBS
Thanks in advance
Hi Sanjay,
WBS is Work Breakdown Structure(and the name itself says that breaks the work into structure) and it is mainly used in Project structure.
Each project definition should have WBS element and each WBS element can have Network and each network can have there own activities called network activities. You can see sample Project definition or WBS using CJ20n transacrion.
1.1. WBS(Work Breakdown Structure)
1.1.1 NW(Network)
1.1.1.1 NWA(Network Activity)
I hope this will give you basic idea about WBS
Thanks & Regards,
Sridhar

Hi,
WBS is cost object which captures costs/expenses.
WBS is associated with Project Systems.
WBS needs to be settled periodically.
As WBS elements are associated with Projects, one will be able to use respetive objects only when PS module is implemented.
I hope it helps.
