The database connector 'crdb_oracle.dll' could not be loaded.

I recently built a new server with Crystal Reports 2011 on it (Version 14.0.4.738).  We have an old version on another server (11.5.0.313) that when you do a database export there is an option under create new connection for Oracle Server.  Under the new version this option is missing.  Also there are reports from the old server that they are trying to use on the new server and when load the report and try to refresh to update the report they get a SAP Crystal Reports error stating.. "Failed to load database information.  Details: The database connection 'crdb_oracle.dll' could not be loaded.  The correct version of the database client for this database type might not be installed."  Any help would be much appreciated.

Eventually after looking at the article Amit directed me to and doing some additional research i figured out the issue.  We had the x64 bit client of Oracle and we needed to additionally install the 32-bit version of the Oracle client.  I also ended up having to add the ORACLE_HOME environment variable to the system variables.  This is needed since we have multiple oracle clients on the box and both clients need to know where to look to get their connection info (tnsnames.ora)
