Change codification Email Adapter

Hi experts,

it is possible to change the charset=utf-8 attribute in my call to email receiver adapter? The call to the adapter monitoring is like:

I want to change this first charset=utf-8 and I want to set as charset=ISO-8859-1. Is that possible???

I have tried with anonimiyzer bean but it doesnt work.

Any suggestion?

According to W3C it is only possible to use UTF8 or UTF16.
