BBP_PDBEI not getting updated after PO created from SOCO

Hello SRM Experts,

Extendened clasic scenario, SRM 7.0 EHP1 upgrded receintly.

We have issue after creating Purchase Order from SOCO in Saved status. some of the fields are not getting updated Like below

BE_PUR_GROUP

BE_PUR_ORG

BE_CO_CODE

BE_DOC_TYPE

Only Client, GUID and BE_PLANT getting updated 

BBP_GET_STATUS_2 and CLEAN_REQREQ_UP are scheduled and running fine

Kindly help ASAP.

Hi Vinod:

This is standard behaviour. PDP Business Scenario SC will not get updated. Any SC that goes to SOCO for Sourcing will not going to get updated.

If you are in ECS, you should be able to see the information in BBP_PD-Business Object BUS2201 after creation.

The issue is not with the SC after SC i create Purchase order from the SOCO and for Purchase order

Table BBP_PDBEI some fields are not getting updated.

Hello,

Shopping cart Creation, approval is works fine and updates the both tables BBP_PDBEH and BBP_PDBEI correctly.

for the same shopping cart after creating Purchase order same tabel not getting updated.

Issue has been fixed after below configuration corrected

Supplier Relationship Management -> SRM Server -> Technical Basic Settings -> Define Backend System ...
