SRM 5.0 Shopping cart approved in UWL.Workflow still inprocess

In UWL the Shopping cart is approved.But the Status is still Awaiting Approval.

The Approval preview also shows workflow is approved.

In the Workflow Log woritem is in Ready State eventhough its already approved.

This is happening some times in Production.

Any idea how to fix this.

Hi Swathi,

Are you using any standard One step , two step workflow in SRM 5? Or you have N-Step BADI workflow configured? Could you please provide some more details on that.

Also, please check if your workflow Jobs such as SWWDHEX, SWWCOND, SWWERRE etc running without failing. There is chances when the particular job fail due to some reason the workflow gets hang.
