VF04 - No documents

Hi,

While I am  trying to pool up the list of billing documents with vf04 for 20.12.2012, nothing is coming up, although there are 47 deliveries are being made on that day.

for the same Sold to party if we check on 21st december onwards, then we can see several documents are coming up in billing due list.

My question is why only for that date not coming up, what could be wrong ?

Hi,

Check if there are any billing blocks on those documents that have been due for billing on 20.12.2012. Another possibility is that if you have POD involved and if it is not done for those documents, you could possibility end up with no listing in VF04.

Please check the same and let us know.

PGI Done and saved

No Billing Block exists

all the dates for the delivery is same i.e same day all deliveries are saved with PGI.

Please check whether PGI is done for those deliveries.

there are 47 deliveries

Ensure that the Actual GI Date in those 47 DAs are the same date as above.  Also ensure that those DAs are relevant for billing.  Alternatively, dont maintain any date in VF04 and check.
