Authorization to read the incident based on SOLD-TO-PARTY

Dear Masters,

Could you please provide your solution to the requirement like authorization to the users to search the ticket based on the SOLD-TO-PARTY. One SOLD-TO-PARTY user should not able to see the incidents of the other SOLD-TO-PARTY.And further in SOLD-TO-PARTY i want to restrict the access of tickets to their own plants .

Please give your valuable comments on this.

What's the solman version you are using? And what's the UI for your users?

We have a similar scenario set up by using pre-defined queries in the work centers in solman 7.01.

We are having solution manager 7.1 sp7 .And we use CRM-UI.
