How to Define New Mateiral type (S-Sem finished) in J1iD as like F-Finieshed production???

Hi,

Whatever material types are defined in system for material master creation, same are available by default in J1ID screen. You need to select from drop down during data maintenance in j1ID. We can not create new material type in J1ID, we can just use it. On the other side, what is the point of having new material type which is not used in material master creation but need to be available in J1ID.

About which Material type you are talking in J1ID? There is only One Material type available in J1ID under node Material & chapter ID combination. If you mean that,  then they are SAP Predefined Material types and you cannot modify or insert new ones.
