GRC SP10 - There is already an open request for system*

Hi,

We have just upped our support pack to 10. I have run into an issue when submitting a change
user account from ARQ.
I get the following error > There is already an open request for system DEV for MBUTTON. I get this error on submission

 

Has anyone encountered an issue like this before ?

Please check EUP configuration 'One User per Request per System' for eup id 999.

Yes ....

SPRO --> Access Control --> User Provisioning --> Maintain End User Provisioning

Hi Edgar

You can find this on SPRO -> GRC-> Access Control -> User Provisioning -> Maintain End User Personalization. Check the setting "One User per Request per System"

Hi Edgar,

Please check EUP configuration 'One User per Request per System' for eup id 999. You have to set it to 'NO' it create multiple request for a user.
