VF06 physical printout

Hi All,

A physical printout is getting generated once the invoice is created via VF06. Could any one please help me why that Physical printout is getting generated as per the functionality it should not?

Invoices are created (Via VF06) with the help of the background job.

Hi,

Check the output type configuration in NACE

for your output type whether the dispatch medium is 4 or 1?

and if it is 4 check print immediately indicator is set in the output condition records in VV33 ?

based on these two settings it would have done

Hi Thiru,

There could be output types linked to the Invoice. Could you please get in the invoice and check if there are any output types triggered.

If yes and you don't need output to be triggered immediately. Change the processing mode for the output type to 3.
