SQL Error when click on links on GRC 10 workcenter

Hi Experts

I need some help. We implemented GRC 10 and configured Access Risk Analysis and Emergency Access Mangement.

It all was working well. However when we checked it after holidays 3 weeks later we are getting following errors whenever we click on links in any workceneter

Can someone please kindly help and shed some light on this.

What can I do? If the termination type is RABAX_STATE, you will find more information on the cause of termination in system DAG in transaction ST22. If the termination type is ABORT_MESSAGE_STATE, you will find more information on the cause of termination on the application server dagdbu01_DAG_00 in transaction SM21. If the termination type is ERROR_MESSAGE_STATE, you can search for further information in the trace file for the work process 8 in transaction ST11 on the application server. dagdbu01_DAG_00 . You may also need to analyze the trace files of other work processes. Can you update SP level for both NW and GRC?

Hi Everyone

It is all sorted. It was basically DB2 licence was expired. Person who installed the system used temp licence
