SAPKY70101 import stopped at XPRA_EXECUTION

Hi All

I am importing SCM component SAPKY70101 so that i can update the SP level.

I am facing the following error during the import-

Error in phase: XPRA_EXECUTION

Reason for Error: TP_STEP_FAILURE

Return Code: 0012

Error Message: OCS Package SAPKY70101, tp step "R" return code 0012.

I checked the Log files and found that the job RDDEXECL has failed due to which the import has been stopped.

I have also tried re-importing the SP after restarting the system but  to no avail.

Please advise how to rectify this issue so that the queue is confirmed.

Hi,

  Please attach the SLOG as well as ALOG .

Try to execute TCODE $SYNC  and check whether it works.

check the /trans/tmp directory for deatiled error.

Hi,

  • Please check the Action Log for error information.

  • As mentioned above TP RC=12, so please check the TP log for more information.
  • Execute the RDDIMPDP and RDNEWPP from SA38 while importing SP packs.
  • if not restart the SPAM.
  • check the ST22 also, if you found any errors please paste here.

First check any OCS_QUEUE_IMPORT Job is running or not,if job is running cancel the job and follow below procedure.

excute  RDDNEWPP in se38 and check the Job RDDEXECL in SM37,if job finished successfully then start the import again from SPAM.
