Weighted Avarge inspection results (multiple batches) on COA

Hi All,

All material’s are batch managed. To manufacture a finished product we are using different batches of semifinished materials(multiple batches of semifinshed products)

Like …to prepare FG -100Kg with BatchXXX We are using three semi finished batches

Batch1 – 50 kg

Batch 2 – 20 Kg

Batch 3 – 30 kg

While printing the Certificate of analysis (COA) for FG with BatchXXX, We need weighted average results on COA.  Is any Std way to achieve this ??

(At present we are able to print the single batch results).

Rambabu, I couldn't interpret this correctly!

I didn't understand what is weighted average and it's co-relation with FG code? I guess COA of FG material code contains the inspection parameters of FG only. Whether you want some of the inspection results of semi finished materials to be flown in to FG COA?

If so, you can use copying batch results functionality for this.
