how to use system field SY-ULINE IN SMARTFORM

HI FOLKS ,

i need to format my output .

i am using sy-uline . i checked feilds on/off options on application tool bar but in that there are some system feilds but no sy-uline .

plz provide some inputs on this ?

Hi abhishek,

what u r doing is u are not specifying &.so go to txt editor there specify as

&sy-uline(62)& then come back then u can have that gray color there.

i went to txt editor , gave sy-line(62)

save and activated and came back as u said , i am not getting that in gary color .

can you plz explain step by step .

Hi abhishek,

Yaah we didnt have that option there.so lets suppose u want to write that sy-uline in some text.go with txt editor .then type as sy-uline and come back then we can hae that one there in gray color.
