Table to find the transaction usage of FF ID

Hi All,

We are in the process of cleaning up the role and we want to check what all t-codes have been executed by the Firefighter for a period of 3 years or so .. so can any one please suggest a suitable table, we are using GRC AC 5.3 in our system. firefighter assignment is through a virsa tool.

Unless the logs were archived I doubt there is any table which will hold data for 3 years of transaction usage. Best option is to run the Log Report with all fields blank to get the maximum number of logs that exist in system, expand all, then download in excel and sort for the transactions used. You can also explore the option of RBE tool. Or take all the logs from Controller Inbox and sort them in Excel.
