Click on the software and assign the product and installed software components.

and also mark the diagnostice-revelent software.

Check the SAPHostAgent 720 patch 121 on manage system. To install the SAPHOSTAGENT

Hello,

It is an issue with the SAP Host Agent, refer to note 1745227.

You need to check note 1611483, attached to this note you will find the outside discovery troubleshooting guide. Check the section 2 SAP Host Agent and ensure that the configuration is correct.

Probably you will need to update the SAP Host Agent.
