Link SAP Employee number to user account in active directory 2003

Does any one know how to Link SAP Employee number to user account in active directory 2003? I'm thinking about create an custom field in active directory to Link SAP Employee number to user account in active directory 2003.

Update 1

The SAP contain the correct address for all employee. I'm thinking about create an custom field in active directory 2003 to contain the correct address for active directory 2003 user account which is link from SAP. In other word, this new field in active directory should have the address for active directory user account which is provided automatically from SAP record of employee.
