PIR reduction date

Hi Guru's,

We are using PIR VSF with strategy, 40 - planning without final assembly.

When we have a sales order, the VSF is consumed according to Material availability date.

Our issue is that sometimes the orders are not shipped according to plan, this means that the actual goods issue date could be 3 weeks after the material availability date. When the PIR is reduced it is then reduced based on the material availability date, and not the actual goods issue date...

How can we get the PIR to be reduced according to the act. goods issue date?

Dear Brain,

PIR is reduced in MD04 screen based on consumption periods maintained in MRP3 view for strategy group -40 ., but actual PIR will be reduced in MD61 only when PGI done

In MD74 we can see assigned planned independent requirements (preferred in Test mode)
