Error in XI: Technical Error (VA01)

when the PI user try to create an order (VA01) in dev system he is getting: Error in XI: Technical Error.

Please advise SAP experts, thanks.

Elaborate your question . and what is your scenario and where you are getting error ..?

Dear Anup,

Our PI user is the one getting the error, the error gets when the user is creating an order (VA01) in development system and then getting "Error in XI: Technical Error"

As a basis person, we need to check why this error happened sadly I am not familiar with this.
